About the event
Enjoy the sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls and Hanging Gongs from Nepal, China, Afghanistan and Bali. Brief instructions at the outset of the journey and instructions to return will be given verbally, and the remainder of the time will be the sounds of the gongs and a variety of instruments.
Things to bring:
Blackout blindfold (e.g., Mindfold) for immersion
Blanket (if you chill easily)
